Eligibility
Hollow is intended for users who are at least 18 years old. By using Hollow, you confirm that you are at least 18 and that you can legally agree to these Terms.
Accounts
You are responsible for the accuracy of your account information and for keeping your login credentials secure. You are responsible for activity that occurs under your account unless caused by Hollow's failure to use reasonable safeguards.
User content
Hollow lets users publish and interact with horror stories, text, audio, cover images, comments, ratings, profile information, and other materials. You keep ownership of content you submit, but you grant Hollow a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, display, reproduce, distribute, adapt, and use your content as needed to operate, promote, and improve the service.
You are responsible for your content. Do not submit content that you do not have the right to use, content that violates another person's rights, or content that violates applicable law.
Community rules
You may not use Hollow to harass others, impersonate someone, spam, upload malicious code, exploit the service, evade moderation, or publish unlawful content. Horror fiction may include mature themes, but content that targets, threatens, exploits, or abuses real people may be restricted or removed.
Moderation
Hollow may review, remove, limit, or refuse content, and may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or harm the community. We may also preserve or disclose information when reasonably necessary for safety, legal compliance, or enforcement.
Intellectual property
Hollow's name, branding, interface, software, design, and other service materials are owned by Hollow or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, sell, or reverse engineer the service except where permitted by law.
Purchases and paid features
Hollow may offer paid features in the future. Any purchase terms shown at the time of purchase will also apply. App store payment rules may govern mobile purchases.
Disclaimers
Hollow is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not promise that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or available at all times. Story content is provided by users and may not reflect Hollow's views.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Hollow will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses related to your use of the service.
Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms as Hollow changes. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date above. Your continued use of Hollow after changes become effective means you accept the updated Terms.
