What to include

Please include the email address on your Hollow account, the device you are using, and a short description of what happened. If the issue involves a story, include the title or creator username when possible.

Content and safety

If you need to report a story, comment, profile, or other community content, email us with a link, screenshot, or enough detail for us to find the content. We review reports and may remove content or restrict accounts that violate Hollow policies.

Response time

Hollow is currently in an early-stage release, so support is handled by email. We aim to respond as quickly as possible during normal business days.
